What we do:
Transformer Repair and maintenance service
Be it leaking tap changer or leaking bushing, we got you covered. We provide in-field and in-shop repair and maintenance services. We work on all types of transformers– liquid-immersed or dry type.
Transformer oil testing
We have a mobile insulating oil refinery that is capable of refining all three-phase transformers. We also offer Dissolved Gas Analysis as per ASTM standards.
Transformer oil Processing
We process transformer oil in-field or in-shop as per ASTM Standards. Test results with analysis are provided upon completion.
Transformer testing - acceptance, maintenance, and before/after repair
PE performs all major tests on power and distribution transformers. All tests are performed as per NETA standards.
Assembly, commissioning, and dress-out of high-voltage equipments
We offer assembling, commissioning, and dress-out service of your new or existing transformer or substation equipment. These services include in-depth NETA standard testing and reporting.
Transformer Rewinding and re-designing
We re-design and rewind the transformer as per requirement. We do more than just copying the manufacturer’s design. Solving the defects is our topmost priority. For example - Voltage modification, rewinding of the burnt unit, transformer winding conductor material change, etc.
real-time Power Monitoring of transformer and panels
